2012 Season Invitation
The HIMGA board cordially
invites you to register for the 2012 season.
The season begins with a
catered breakfast followed by the spring general membership meeting on Tuesday,
April 3, 2012 at 8:00 am.
A breakfast sign-up sheet
will be in the pro shop until March 27, 2012 or you can indicate your
attendance on the registration form below.
Dues for the 2012 season
continue at $35. New members will pay a
one-time fee of $100 in addition to the annual $35 dues. Members age 80 years and older are exempt
from dues but are still asked to register using the form below. The board also asks you to pass along an invitation
to other golfers you know.
Please remember the latest
league announcements, information, weekly play and tournament results as well
as sponsor web site links will be available at our web site www.himga.org.

The weekly fee
remains the same at $5.00
·
The Pro Shop will
keep $4.00 for the prize fund and $1.00 will go to support league activities.
·
Our first day of
play will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
·
If play is
canceled, such as a rainout, after members have paid their $5 weekly fee, $5
will be credited to the players account at the club house.
Handicaps –
·
Your HIMGA
handicap at the end of the 2011 season will be used to start the 2012
season. If you are new to the league or
for any other reason you do not have a handicap prior to the first round of
league play, you should make every effort to turn in score cards for a minimum
of 5 rounds. If you are unable to
comply, a temporary handicap will be awarded until 5 league rounds have been
completed.

Once your
handicap has been established, by whatever means, only league scores will
affect it.
Check-in –
·
All players are
required to check in on day of league play (see the attached procedure).
Scoring and Winnings –
·
Scores and money
earned will be posted after each event.

·
You must sign up
for the breakfast in advance.
·
In order to play
league;
o You must be a Holiday Island resident and/or Holiday Island property owner in good
standing (current assessments paid). YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACTIVITY CARD!
o You must have paid your HIMGA dues.
